Each New Horizons Village resident has a Habilitation Plan prepared by professionals structured to enable him or her to achieve the highest possible personal results. Continuous monitoring and annual review ensure its effectiveness.

 New Horizon Village’s program also includes physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, recreation therapy and other professional programs.

 Reinforcing our focus on resident growth and care are programs and policies that support our mission, vision and values and meet the standards required of a licensed intermediate care facility for the developmentally disabled. Among these are:
