provided to 48 developmentally disabled persons in six living units.
Each living unit consists of private bedroom(s), semi-private bath(s),
shared living, recreation, dining, kitchen, and storage areas.
Screened porch, oversized carport and state of the art fire and
smoke alarm systems, are standard features of each living unit.

on 13 acres of land east of Crystal River, Florida.
Provides a home like environment with necessary training,
supervision and guidance.
Is convenient to shopping recreational, medical, educational,
religious and other community services and resources.
Provides access to necessary supportive, habilitative and
rehabilitative programs and services.
Complies with all applicable Federal, State and Local regulations,
including accessibility for wheelchair bound and other physical
